FOCACCIA BREAD

Our focaccia bread is made from natural fermentation , with a rise and then baked in a wood oven . The  dough is made ​​from cereals flour,  durum wheat flour, water and starter ( rising ) , it is completely handmade. It is possible  have a variety of tastes by adding simple ingredients such as tomato , eggplant , arugula , mozzarella , garlic , oregano , rosemary .
