TYPICAL APULIAN BREAD

Our bread is made from natural fermentation , with a rise and then baked in a wood oven . The  dough is made ​​from cereals flour,  durum wheat flour, water and starter ( rising ) , it is completely handmade. Packaged in different shapes and with different types of flour selected. Coupling the fragrant Gargano's bread with legumes , with vegetables , with fish and meat of these land , over the centuries Gargano's people  have developed a variety of recipes and tasty and highly nutritious.
